Today Doctor Entertainment released a major update for Gear Up which includes support for Linux and increased stability on all platforms.

- Fixed crash bug with Proximity Mines.
- Changes to the impact determination system.
- Added team member lists to the large map view.
- Rubber rotation to the tank in front end.
- 50xp awarded for taking a tower in Conquest.
- Added target aim functionality to Skyfire mortar.
- Increased resolution of trails.
- Fixed bounding projectiles with a trace radius.
- Added more colors to the tank customize menu.
- Fixed OpenGL issues with reflective tank materials.
- Reduced speed of sniper bot.
- Activated Steam Cloud for saving tank loadouts.
- Fixed freecam in bot matches.
- Changed input settings should be stored in config files.
- Tank propulsions should not hinder jets to increase max speed.
- Dockyard: Removed floating plants, added road pieces, new railings, container colors, banners, windows and team colored glass dome entrances.
- New effect system for weapon projectiles.

- Removed all network settings except Record Traffic.
- Ability to set the gamepad thumbstick to inverted for Weapon up/down.

- ConSite: Changed team objects such as vents and containers. Added antennas, team banners, team colored glass dome entrances, windows and radar. Small railing changes. Some panel changes. Fixed cactus that grew inside a building. Moved troublesome spawn. Added and repositioned WayPoints. Fixed ambience sound (no more seagulls in the desert).
- And as always, a bunch of texture and mesh updates (new ball propulsion design).
- Some propulsion offset fixes.
- Fixed sound issues with Saw.
- Added a podium to the main menu and moved the arrows slightly.
- Added support for weapon warmup.
- Various Linux and Mac fixes.
- Center panel scaling of scoreboard for low resolutions and windowed mode.
- Changed Sniper Basic damage and fire rate (40 to 42 and 0.5 to 0.3, dps from 20 to 12,6).
- Changed Sniper Desecrator damage and fire rate (45 to 50 and 0.4 to 0.25, dps from 18 to 12,5).
- Reduced armor for Heavy Spider propulsion (from 100 to 70).
- Reduced firerate for Proximity Mine Launcher from 1 to 0.75.
- Reduced auxiliary Proximity Mine damage from 30 to 20.
- Removed weapon zoom on all weapons except snipers.
- Optimized post processing step.
- Added ocean detail settings.
- Experimenting with screen space reflection for oceans (ocean settings high).
- Tank explosions and some other particle effects are now tinted with sun color.
- Ensure ray projectiles doesn't deal multiple damage per impact.

- Bot matches can be restarted when the player wins.

- Fixed bots spawning in the same space that the player occupied.
- Fixed some mouse cursor and restart issues when winning a bot match.
- Fixed bug that caused Proximity Mines to crash the game.
- Improved bot navigation in certain situations.
- Water edge tinted by primary light color (should look better at night).

- Playernames not overlapping the big map.
- Particle effects do not disappear immediately when the shot disappears.
- Slight effect change for Armor Hardeners.
- Some body texture and socket fixes.
- Proximity Mine changes (no longer triggered by player and also explodes on enemy contact).
- New trajectory for Skyfire mortar.

- Skeleton joints fix (quad wheels shouldn't go through the fenders).

- Redesigned Triple Rockets to Wasp Rockets.

- Normalized movement input for Ball, Hovers and Spider propulsions.

- Updated a couple of thumbnails.
- Changed rotation limits to tower sockets (less restriction up/down).
