Experiment 153-A: Reinforced Lab Coat

Day 01:

Crystal radiation seems to strengthen the molecules of the material they strike, today I'll try with simple silk, I'm curious to analyze the results.

Day 03:

The tests gave surprising results! Resistant silk threads without altering their weight. I wonder if it is possible to weave them to create a garment.

Day 12:

The process was not easy but in the end I did it! My new lab coat is ready.
Its cutting resistence is out of ordinary but the most surprising thing is the high aerodynamic resistance.
In the presence of strong updrafts, allow to glide for short periods, it will be certainly useful.

A Flying Scientist:

In Saving Doc Jack moving fast is a priority to avoid ending up melted in the lava and to recover precious research documents before they incinerate, to make so, Jack uses some of his best inventions, one of these is the Reinforced Lab Coat.
Obtained by weaving simple silk threads exposed to crystal radiation, it has a high cut resistance and an exceptional aerodynamic resistance.
It is an excellent protection against the side effects of some experiments, but above all it allows to exploit the updrafts created by strong heat, very useful to reach places otherwise inaccessible.
