Here are some answers to some of the questions that you may have related to this conversion.

-How can you create a mod for a game that is not out?

Even though the game is not out yet we can certainly create a pre-plan for this conversion, which we are in the process of currently doing. Factions, items, quests, locations, troops and much more are already sort of done for us as this conversion is taking its inspiration from another game, something most mods do.

-When will this mod be released?

We don't know, It depends on how much we want to release out of the gate, and whether it be in stages or when we are satisfied with the mods current state, and also how quickly we can learn how to use Bannerlords new modding tools.

As stated before their may be an early Alpha that we will make available to the public.

-What art direction will this mod be taking?

The Conversion will be following the timelines of Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes right up to Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders, so we will be using characters, armour and weapons based on those two games.

-What year will the mod take place in?

Approximately Five Years before the Encablossa War, (Heroes), and up to The Crusaders (Encablossa War).

-Where will the mod take place?

We plan to cover the entirety of the Bersian continent.

-What troops will have X equipment?

We are endeavoring to make Kingdom Under FIre come into the universe of Mount and Blade, everything will be coming over from Kingdom Under Fire. If you have played Heroes or The Crusaders, imagine everything in those games, but in Mount and Blade.

-What are the factions?

Factions

-What races will there be?

Humans, Elves, Dark Elves, Half-Vampires, Dwarves, Orcs, Ogres and maybe others.

-Will the races be distinctively different?

Yes, each race will have preset strengths and weaknesses. For instance, Orcs will be much stronger and will have more hitpoints, the trade-off being that they move slower and do not perform technical task that very well, eg, riding and such.

Humans on the other hand will be more in the middle, a jack of all trades, a master of none.

The races of course will each have their own special skeletons, and there will be equipment restrictions for these races. (Sorry to all those who wanted their Orc characters to wear Paladin armour).

-Will there be banners?

Of course, however if Bannerlords does not have this feature in the base game, we will make it our mission add them into the game.

Have no fear of that.

-Can I help?

Yes! We are currently looking for Model Riggers, Scripters and Coders who will be able to work with the Bannerlord modding tools when they are released.
