2.41 is mostly a bugfix patch. It was supposed to have been released only a few weeks after 2.4, but that didn't end up happening. Enjoy!

NO he can't. TFC and TF2 are different games.
@nokiaman they ARE two different games which is why they get compared.
They're both objective-oriented team-based class shooters with 9 classes and a dedicated community. There are only minor differences between the two, like how each class behaves and the balance between the classes.
I agree, you can't compare them. You might as well compare Super Mario Bros. for the NES to Super Mario Galaxy.
I agree tf2, is better.
But still FF is an awesome mod!
and its not the same game, only based on the tf1 (tf:classic).
if u put tf2 and FF side to side u see its alot of diff from 1 to the other.
And like this: tf2 cost u money to get, ff is free to play.

tf2 to me is for people new to the team fortress series or for people who sucked at the original and found TF2's ******** weaponry to be more amusing. by ******** weaponry im referring to all those weps that make you borderline god if you dint do so friggin easily. granted the extra weapons make the game good, but just rips it apart at the same time. AND WHERE THE **** ARE MY GRENADES IN TF2?!

tf2 hardly requires more than ff. in the end its all a matter of preference.

Who cares? They are two games that take Team Fortress in two different directions.
Comparing a commercial release to a mod is a pretty unfair comparison to make.
I personally prefer TF2, but FF is still awesome!
in TF2 some of the things I like about it, is that all the classes have personality and do not just seem like drones. That is minor though, You can unlock weapons and hats, and there is no single weapon that makes you pro, each weapon takes skill and practice, also I love how you can rev the Minigun before you fire in TF2 :)
I prefer to play TF2. It is a unique type of game and interpretation of Team Fortress.
But Fortress Forever is more closer to the old school type of Team Fortress and it can also be as fun to play.

Why do people find FF to be the same as TF2. there are both entirely different. FF is a remake of tfc for source and tf2 is the sequel to tf2.

No, TF2 is a sequal to TFC (NOT TF1, TF1 was a mod for Quake, TFC was a mod for HL1 and a remake of TF1). but TF2 and TFC are almost completely different games. the reason it is TF2 is because it takes the base of TFC and makes it its own game.
