To All the Pilots in Range ;)
This is my first blog post and the first thing I want to do is to thank those who are already following me on the social networks. I’ve had a great response from you all! Heartfelt thanks to everybody for the support and for the compliments. You have helped me a lot to go ahead!
This is a huge project, and over the years I have faced many obstacles. These issues have almost all been resolved and the project is close to the first alpha. There are still some things to work on (like the AI and gameplay) but compared to everything I've done so far those are just simple things ;)
In the next days I am going to post some very interesting videos and within a couple of weeks you will finally see a video showing a seamless trip from earth to the space station. Then will follow more videos with interstellar and interplanetary transfers.
I had planned an alpha version in late November but I’ll probably postpone a month as I’m not yet ready for a release.
I'm working hard, day and night, and I promise to do everything possible to release public versions soon. ;)
I am receiving many requests from artists and developers interested in working on this project. Unfortunately for now I do not have the resources to handle external collaborations. Those interested can send an email to spacesimulator.net at gmail dot com attaching portfolio, links, or any info they want regarding their skills. Those requests will be evaluated as soon as the project takes off.
You can subscribe, comment or share, everything can help!
Now I go back to work! Heartfelt thanks to everyone! ;)
