Enemy Territory now a standalone game!
Have been working on ET to be a game, not a mod anymore. Moved the files needed & edited some scripts, made a game launcher & so on. Here are some screens from Crashsite level, all set to "Ultra" with "HDR" on.

yeah, you got the terrain displacement mapping to work :) looks very nice!
did you have placed occluder walls inside the hills ? if not, try it!
Yes i did.
Very interesting. However, I don't know if Crytek will be OK with it. There are some standalone mods, but there are not so very good (this one will be definitely an exception). Maybe the pvcf mod Operation Clearing will be standalone too. It's definitely an interesting to see it.
Also, great graphics.
Thanks.
Volleyball demo mod is also a standalone mod/game.
Well none of the Far Cry game files are used,so im fine.
I am not selling it or anything.
You welcome!
I see. Then it should be OK.
Did you notice in the top left corner the cpu/gpu/ram usage?
It uses 2,98GB of memory,2 cpu cores & 873MB vram & thats just a screenshot taken at 25% of the level.
The final amount of vram used will be around 2GB i think.
Good that i have a gpu card with 4GB of vram.
I do, but it's hard to see it. The first thing which I spot is the GPU (because I have high temperatures, but that's AMD) which has a one interesting thing. There were two symbols with the percents and you have a one GPU. I don't know if you are using two or one, but I have only one paragraph with the percents' symbol.
Also, I noticed other things like the framerate and core usage, but I don't much paid attention to that since I don't much pay attention to the CPU usage in Far Cry 1 and I don't know if it can use multiple cores, but I think that it can.
And you should really use some other colors next time because it's really hard to see it.
The first % is the gpu usage & the second is fan rpm & it's set to 50%.
You don't pay attention to cpu usage in far cry, that's fine but has nothing to do with ET since its not far cry,it's a cryengine 1 game.
I totally forgot about it. I have GPU always set at 80% when I'm gaming because I would have high temperature very soon.
