Texture quality on those models are kinda low, 512x512? you should probably up it to 1024x1024, and if it is already then thats a really bad texture ( no offence ).

Hmm, looks good but tbh you need better models and texturesm look far too low poly for an animal.

Needs bumpmapping on the dinos skin, other than that, it looks good.
