Hey Everyone! In this post, we are gonna talk about the new code implementations we made this last week. Unfortunately, we didn't publish any devlog last week because we didn't have much content to update you.
Our programmer has been testing a few things, some worked and some didn't. The new implementations that we made, are:
- Ranged Enemy
We implemented our second enemy. He is ranged, so that makes it harder to kill him while being attacked by it and other enemies.
- Health Bar and Health Potions
We finally have a Health Bar. Making it easier to know if we are low on Health Points or not. And we finally implemented the Health Potions, they can be dropped around the map or when an enemy dies.
- Enemy dropping a Health Potion
Now enemies can drop Health Potions when you kill them (30% chance) so that if you are in a middle of a fight and need health, you can have a chance of getting it.
