Sorry I couldn't meet the December deadline for the next version of Ghost Recon: Heroes Unleashed. I ran into several major setbacks (details about ongoing development can always be found in the mods discussion thread over at GhostRecon.net), but suffice to say work is back on track now, albeit with considerable delay. I'm very sorry for being so far behind schedule, but I hope I can make up for it, soon. Thank you all for your patience and support!

I try to put whatever time I can spare into the Heroes Unleashed mod, so I hope it won't be too long until I get the update ready. You did a very good job creating Heroes Unleashed Mod for Ghost Recon. Together with teammates we very much appreciate what you have done and is still play this game online.
However, as a reenactor of special units of the United States from the same times when Ghost Recon appear I regret several aspects:
- Most of the weapons and their variations has never been used by units of the US armed forces.
- UCP camouflage (popularly known as the ACU) was introduced in 2004 for line units, not the end of it concerned special units.
My dream is that the game has been modified once again. To have been in this game improvement from Heroes Unleashed Mod, but the interface and graphics from the original Ghost Recon (and official Expansion). To put in game weapon used around 2000 (eg. to replace the M16 with the M4 for rifleman). Make cosmetic changes, such as RAID uniforms (without velcro!), boonie hats instead of helmets, BALCS plate carrier instead of the IBA. In the end is a game of US SF! To reticles were the same as in the base game and were consistent with the original creators intended - simplicity and similarity to the original reticles was brilliant.
I tried to make these changes by myself and edit the Mod, but the results were unsatisfactory.
