Development Halted news

Greetings.

Well, I knew it was bound to happen some time.

The development of the Perfect Dark mod for UT has been stopped. Why? For more than a year, I have suppressed my own creative desires and conformed to recreating a classic. I loved it. And yet, as the months wore on, I hated it, too. There were so many ideas I simply could not do due to my commitment to the mod.

Well now, that's the main reason. I could give a lot more, but that's the only one that matters.

Fear not, I'm not out of the development scene at all. With the time I now have, I can branch out into smaller, more diverse projects, like weapon packs and small mutators and mods. If everything goes well, I'll get a new site up and running before year's end.

This doesn't mean that I'll never come back to Perfect Dark, though. I just don't know when I'll come back to it, that's all.

So in the meantime, I'll be building a new site and getting to work on some ideas I've had for a long time...
