A demo coming version will have 4 factions.Gondor Mordor Arnor and Men of the East.Next version will be in january and it will add you two new factioins.Elves and Dwarves.And little later will come out last update what will add you Misty Mountains(Gundabad and Dol Guldur) and Isengard.We are right now working on ring heroes.We finished Isildur for gondor and Elendil for Arnor
