The counter action is almost done. I finally was able to tweak the camera, and added a bunch of effect and vfx to it to make it looks cooler.

Its good having the effects on now, I thought the dodge and counter attack looked quite odd before but with those white momentum steaks and the blood it looks fantastic :)
I would also love to see the titans face animated, imagine him scowling when he sees you've made that counter!
I'm not sure about the titan face for now. They are pretty much emotion less in the show, but I agree it's missing something in the game. Maybe something really subtle. I'll dig in that later

I'm also watching with interest from a game dev's perspective as I am also an indie UE4 dev making a dragon game which will have a lot of similar technical challenges to your game.
I'm currently trying to work out how to get online multiplayer working, I'm guessing this is something you will also be interested in doing at some point? maybe we can help each-other out at some point, I like the independence of being a single dev but some stages need collaboration to work out from my experience.

Maybe the animation should be slower so you can see exactly what is happening.
at first it would be cool, but i think that after seeing this 20 times with a slower animation it could be annoying, it's better to keep it fast

and also if it was in a slower animation the titan could easily kill you so you need to be fast

I have a question. Is the outline effect on the titan appearing because of the counter, or is it supposed to be on the titan normally? Cause I 'm curious to why that is happening.
