Update 1.0.13.07.30 fixes a few bugs and adds the ability to pan the map by dragging the main view window.

Change notes:

  • Added drag-to-pan on the main map. Must not have a unit selected, be assigning city destinations, or be editing the map.
  • Moved "Fast Start" days remaining display to map overlay
  • Changed Modern Military Submarine attack effect to "Explosive"
  • Fixed Feudal Fantasy Siege Tower behavior; will now board transports and approach cities.
  • Tweaked AI construction behavior to take better advantage of Advance Production
