As specified in the comments, H3L will be switched on the cry engine 2 (and maybe cry engine 3 if it come out before any coders have the amability to join us...:p ) for simple purpose of easiest mapping and faster working.
there is nothing unreal engine can do that the cry engine 2 can't...(or so little...)
