complete revamp for Calradia Awakens has been released, all factions have been remade and fantasy races have been included.

Right now the following has been included:
Orcs, Elves, Drow, Undead, Vampires and associated kingdoms.
Magic and guns are of course still part of the mod!

A trick for lord equipment: create a new character for the main clan lords (so long as you are including spclans and spkingdoms files in your mod?). Give him the custom equipment. It doesn't solve all lord equipment problems, but at least will help define the look of that clan through the leader.
