Maybe if they had Steamwork support, they'd fix this game up more. Weapon animation need fixing, way too slow all the time and they work almost like robotic arms. Weapon damage, all of them are screwed up. Shotgun needs to be more damaging than the pistol when up close.
I totally agree, but I don't think steamworks support will happen. This pretty directly draws from a certain Clint Eastwood movie franchise, and studios are sue-happy fun spoilers. Valve probably knows about this mod, but doesn't want to risk it venturing into murky legal waters and take on an entity that could potentially bring a lawsuit their way, no matter how good the mod creators' intentions are.
tldr - stupid legal technicalities will probably prevent this from hitting steamworks.
Nah, this is western themed, and nobody can copyright neither a part of (overdrawn) history, nor a whole genre.I think there is no way, this could ever be sued, especially since this is non-profit.
The game doesn't make any mention about the movie. It would be kinda like Nintendo trying to sue the SuperTuxKart game developers for copyright infringement.

That's an engine crash, nothing to do with FoF.
I'm deeply sorry, the german translation is bugged, go to the mod folder and delete it (resource/valve_german.txt)
All germans using it are crashing... damnit

lol sounds like me being dutch and not using dutch translations.. GAH I hate translations hehe, even went through hell to reinstall steam and everything just to get rid of translations :D
You shouldn't use valve_language you should use <moddir>_language for mod specific language strings.

Downloaded it twice... both times error out on install...

It was different each time, error copying file over each time but a different one at a completely different spot.
Game still has problems.
One for example...
-The explosive arrows should go further, their pretty much useless. The explosive damage barely does anything unless it's right under an enemy's feet. Other than that, it does minimal damage.
Great mod, by the way.
I really hope to see this mod to appear in the Steam store. That would be nice to have automatic updates right from the content servers.
