There is no problem about the project, i think everybody who worked on Tamriel Total War just want to see an awesome TES mod and now there is chance that it happen. ;)
About the music, i think they are all on youtube, but many wasnt great quality , rythm problem and stuff, and i dont have time to work on free mod nowaday, but you can use music you like of Tamriel Total War, i think the main menu theme is good for that!
