Post news RSS Assets close release for developers

Assets released! They will be available to all of you that will decide to join our developement team. A Facebook group has been created too, so we can easily work as a real dev team.

This post won't be long. It will be short and maybe full of grammar mistakes. I haven't got as much time now, so I will be quick.

  1. I am creating a Facebook group for the developement team. That's the link
  2. THIS IS NOT A FACEBOOK PAGE, IT'S A GROUP. Be clever, I have faith in you.
  3. I am using Facebook at the moment because we can easily and quickly share small .lua and .msh files in there and share quick infos or bug reports. If you don't feel comfortable with a Facebook group and you can suggest another way, don't eshitate and let us know.
  4. Assets have been uploaded on Mediafire. [WIP-uploading on Mediafire atm]
  5. They are cripted and can be accessed only by people who want to partecipate to this specific mod developement. To get the keys simply contact me via PM or access any social media group/page we are going to create; I or other devs will share the password with you. Assets are not open to the public as I stated, to avoid any problem with content stealing. The zip files are downloadable by anyone, but you will have to crack the keys. If you do, we will all know you stole the skins or the codes and you will be exposed. Do it at your own risk, fellas!
  6. The assets are roughly 3 GB zipped and 12 GB unzipped. It's a lot of space on your hard disk and it's not something that you can really use if you are not a modder. If you are a modder and you are there to steal something, you will have a good time searching in the files. Again, do it at your own risk, fellas!
  7. I will be online from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm everyday to check the pages and compile files if needed. So don't freak out if you don't get a super-duper-quick answer.
  8. If you have any question or suggestion about all this stuff, please leave a comment.

That's all for the day. I hope you have a wonderful day and please stay tuned for more!

For the Republic!

A suggestion is Discord chat. It's like Skype, but not cancer. You can just drag and drop small sized files directly into chat (20mb max). Servers can be made and maintained for free, and its ridiculously easy to setup. It seems Discord would be perfect for the group you're looking for, a lot of people use it these days.
