Looks good? Even with the legal copy you can't play online because the registration. You can't register through non-japanese-local machine. Every developer just go wrong with these registration and then cancel the game because the fans cut the support.
i get the disappointment trust me, maybe we'll find a way past this...

Wow, I thought they abandoned this. Was hella hype when I saw it was based more on EXVS but they went silent after SV Lite at Comkiet 80.
i thought the same, they did rip off more of the ExVS/GvG ideas, the ending pose, the new ligthings effects during attacks, the faster pace.... they added a trans am, and improved all the graphics, mostly light, water, and textures in general, and they gave it a Cell shading...which is reeeeally nice, it does make it look good.
I'm wondering if they'll lean towards EXVS in terms of its controls as well. For me, it's a bit strange to press a button for blocking instead of down-up.
Probably dropping some money on it as soon as it pops up on DLsite or something, I want to support their efforts.
i feel you...their updates are slow, honestly it's too small of an improvement over XP, the water looks better...and the mech have a cell shade...that's pretty much it other than a few other minor cosmetics, NOT worth the 3 years of wait, the modders (if not disgusted) will make it worth it.

Tried out the demo.
Game crashed after one match - I know this is the Lite version, but thought I should mention that anyway.
Movement feels like you don't have much control. You can't change direction during a boost hop and you won't even turn if you try.
Melee still feels like "mash button for auto combo"
you seem to be able to get too many OTG hits for melee, XP had this problem too
game doesn't feel balanced and movement doesn't feel smooth like EXVS.
I hope Project Windom changed things for the final version.
try lowering the resolution of the game,i couldn't see the 3D until i lowered my 1600x900 native res to a 1280p
this game will never be ExVS on PC...it's not even trying to mimic it, at best it's mimicking Gundam VS Gundam... not even Next Plus
the modding potential (all the mechs you want and maps you can mod) make it really worth it... i have ExVS FB on PS3 i'm happy with it, but it doesn't trump modding ^^
the cell shading looks good now, and with some nvidia tuning you can up the anti aliasing and make it look sharper...
there is a modder making an encryption/decryption tool as we speak for SV ...
