As most you would have guessed we posted an april's fools post yesterday.
What's really going on, is that we are working hard on a prototype and we will hopefully have it out this sunday. If there are unforeseen events like alien abduction, AI trying to take over the world or whatever, we will of course update you on the delay and a new release date.
The prototype will just show the main menu, drone customization and give you the ability to make and customize a spacestation and walk around in it.
The actual ingame content where players can fly around and do other things really is'nt up to date as it's pretty much getting remade, tweaked, changed and then thrown out the window and remade again on a weekly basis.
When it comes to our irregular updates on what we are doing and the few screenshots we share.
We are doing a lot of changes and adding/testing new systems that ainth ready to be shown on indiedb yet and we really don't want to promise to much or give you, the future players, the wrong impression of what the game will have of content.
Some of the things we make we toss out because it did'nt fit our theme or gameplay or really did'nt work as we planed it would.
That's why we only talk about and show screenshots about objects we feel is ready to be shown to the community.
my idea with this prototype is that we can update it and add content (Like spaceship and character customization later. Maybe, even the actual gameplay content in space.) to let you the most likely future players of our game see where we are going with this and that lets you the players tell us when there are something you like in the game so we can expand on that part or if there is something you dislike we can either fix it or redo that part better.
Also, because your opinion matter so much for us we made the suggestions board in the forums where you can suggest content you would like in game.
We also made this trello board where you can watch the progress of the boards and vote on content we put under "voteable content" for us to know what you want to see in the final release.
