With the little amount of time that I have to work on the mod, Ive decided to make the weekly updates into 2 week updates. This means that they will come every 2 weeks. So here is the update for this week, 11/29/09:

With finals in 2 weeks and thanksgiving just a couple days ago, I have been completely busy and have had, for the most part, little to no time to work on the mod. So what does this mean? Well it means that I have decided to put the mod on Pause until finals are over. Once they are over, ill have much more time to devote to modding and hopefully get the 1.0 BETA out by Christmas. I have spent my recent modding time mainly working on bug fixes and other little fixes and tweaks here and there. Nothing major yet. The implementation of the Zombie Commander (No longer Zombie Overseer) is going very well and it will be in the 1.0 BETA release. My new goal of learning to make maps for 2142 has been going okay. Ive made a basic map for battlefield 2, (a couple buildings, trees, roads, and command points) and once I get 2142 into the BF2 Editor, I should be well suited to make basic 2142 maps, and hopefully a full fledged map by Christmas or New Years. I am also working on making the EU bots more stable, but I haven't made much progress in this. I will be posting a couple new screen shots in the next couple of days to show some of the things im working on, and possibly even a video as well. Hopefully my next 2 week update will be much more interesting since by the time it comes, I will be free of finals. Thats all for this update though, so please bear with me and hopefully a better update will come in 2 weeks.
