how to install the game please any help?
place the folder into steam/steamapps/sourcemods.
Help me with this: When i try to start game through steam it says "failed to start game (missing executable)."
Check the bin folder of the mod maybe a dll is missing.
in the bin i only have client and server.dll
You need to download source engine 2006/2007 in order to play the mod, "missing executable" means you dont have the hl2.exe so you haven't downloaded it.
Its in the tools section of steam.
i have both source engines. Should i copy and paste hl2.exe from the 2007?
No steam sorts out the dll->exe connection, i dont know your problem as-long as everything in its place it should work.

Figured out all you need to do is validate the 2007 and/or the 2006 files using steam.
I love this to death.
Good fun, but here's a few problems I noticed on Napalm Day:
Zombies occasionally get stuck behind rocks and buildings
VSS kills any zombie in one hit, but provides no money (intentional?)
Game froze for about 5 seconds when I first used a grenade (due to using HL2 model?)
Many achievement popups didn't display all of the text
(God Among Zombie K)
Token suggestions:
Ability to cook grenades
More variety in zombie ability and visuals
Dark background to white HUD writing, hard to see in some areas
Always show ammo count

ok, fixed, not sure we get random crashes these will b e fixed in next version ( when we move to steampipe version ), ok.

I went through most maps and fixed all the weapon costs and added ammo to ones that didnt have them, havoc and diehard will be done soon.

no steam should automatically tell you to dl source base 2006/2007, if not install it through your tools in steam

you dont need to torrent it, just install it in steam.
You can play this on an empty steam account no need to torrent it.
Download the file that is given and put it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods (may be different) and then validate your 2006/2007 or download it and if it says missing executable then validate both source bases.
When I try to launch the game it says that the game is currently unavailable.

i know this is kinda late, but this happens to me too i dunno what causes it o.O i even tried making a new account and formatting my Laptop ._.
The last version of the game, my antivirus pops up telling that has a virus. Which is actually weird... Please re-scan it author cause this can lead to a trouble for the next downloads
Get a new anti-virus XD, there's not a single executable in the mod so your anti-virus is bugged or something. I would never scan the mod as every file is added by me or compiled by me.
