Fans!
I am writing to you to give you a quick update on what's going on on my end of the world.
Let's start with the good news! First, I spend the last week working in Florida with Habitat for Humanity to help provide less fortunate people with housing. Through this trip I was able to impact at least 4 families directly and many more indirectly. It also provided me with some ideas for ZM maps, so we'll see how that plays out. Secondly, I am in the second half of my semester at university now, so I may have more opportunities to work on the mod soon!
Now, the bad news. While I was gone, several of my accounts, including Steam, were hacked and my identity was stolen. Fortunately, no money was stolen and no fraudulent charges were made with my credit card, but I do not have access to my Steam account. I have contacted Steam and filed a ticket, but I must be patient while they resolve it.
So, in the meantime, while I can't work on coding, I will work on tangentially related things, such as planning maps and making models.
Cheers,
BDNY
Best of luck man!
One does not simply get their steam account hacked.

helping the unfortunate is honorable you don't see that much anymore sadly in a time we need it most i salute and respect you sir
Well done for helping the unfortunate! Shame you had to come back to that :(
It's okay, maybe it's a wake up call that I need to play video games less?
Yea, I know how you feel,my steam account got hacked recently and lost alot of inventory items thanks to the hacker, I hope you get lucky to get back the steam account
Do you think you know how he hacked into it? I always like to know so I can hopefully try and avoid these situations.
I was using the same password for my email and steam, and I think they got the email login first. Moral of the story, change your passwords often and don't use the same one twice.
Spam Steam support with angry messages until they help, they're notoriously bad at doing anything until you do that.
Such is life. All the bad & good must happen because Murphy's law.
Best of luck.
Its best to email Gabe Newell he is much faster than ordinary support and provides help anyway :D.
