Description
Coming in late game as a doctrinal call in for the Civil Empowerment doctrine, the SWAT ARV is similar in function to a HMMWV but with added protection. The ARV carries a .50 caliber machine gun mounted on a CROWS system, and can carry up to 8 passengers in the rear.
Have the actual swat teams changed at all?
