Interesting, Really interesting, so Planet death will have consequences in the form of Refugees? Will this affect the Vong at all (can't see them caring about refugees)

My erection for this mod grows. Lots of new work and features put into this game, I like.
Too Deep... Way too deep... my mind can't fathom the levels of complexity you have so masterfully added to the diplomacy and economy in this mod... The engine can't handle this level of 2016 complexity.

Ok, so there are refugees as a result of planet deaths. I wonder if there is a way to prevent those w/o a space presence (ie shield generator and anti-orbital cannon). anyone else?

it would be interesting if i could "upgrade" the refugees ... like "they took your homeworld? take that gun and send them to their gods" ... i guess most of them would instantly join, just to get their revenge ... or the hutt could sell them as cheap slaves ... or sell (or trade them for a non-attack-treaty) them as sacrifice to the wong
