CT200 Assault Freighter image - Yuuzhan Vong at War mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Behold the Yuuzhan Vong Army! This mod adds the Yuuzhan Vong Race as a playable faction and all units of this era. We are a community of modders working for the greater goal, so anyone who wants to help or support us is welcome!
So Azat is our new texture artist who we introduced a little while before with the Mere Cruiser. We've been coaching and guiding him on our texture technique and he's doing an amazing job. We have a few of Azat's textures becoming ready to show very soon, starting today with the CT200 Assault Freighter.
Slightly smaller than a CR90, the CT200 was almost just as fast, and armed with 2 chin mounted ion cannons, 2 wing tip black market Imperial-grade dual AA laser turrets, and a top and bottom mounted blaster turret. This firepower, combined with it's speed and heavy armor made the CT200 a very dangerous fighter sweeper. The CT200 is part of the Hutt/Pirate/Smuggler/PeaceBrigade fleets.

Will already textured ships get a revisit then, because that skin looks really damn good?
What texture do you think is sub-par?

Subpar is far too heavy word.
Well, im not a moder so i can't really explain but this ship looks different compared to older ones like the vigil. Maybe it's indeed just the lights or even the colour choice but this ship just feels more real.
We do not have the Vigil in our mod, at least not yet.
We have a model that I edited and added detail to, but it willl not be included in the initial release, probably later as an add on.
Maybe you are thinking of a different mod? Because I have not textured the Vigil yet
We do have unique hull textures for each faction’s ships that reflect their armor attributes. Imperial and New Republic ships feature a smoother/lighter colored hull texture to reflect their weaker armor and dependence on shields. Hutt units have stronger armor and weaker shields, so we have given Hutt ships a brownish color to help make this distinction, they are more rugged and tougher ships
This Galor class looks kinda weird. I like the lights on the front, but the paintjob is pretty low-budget.

Well, that's what happens when you are on a budget and are tired of your old trade as merchant, stick a few heavy hitting guns your shady friend got from a guy he knows onto your freighter and start calling yourself a pirate.
