Corellian Destroyer Teaser... image - Yuuzhan Vong at War mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Behold the Yuuzhan Vong Army! This mod adds the Yuuzhan Vong Race as a playable faction and all units of this era. We are a community of modders working for the greater goal, so anyone who wants to help or support us is welcome!
So I've had a love/hate relationship with this ship ever since I first saw it... Evillejedi made a great concept model for this ship, which has been a fan favorite over the years. But, it has always been labeled as a Destroyer, and to me, was just severely undergunned.
Well I fixed that.
This is the new, final version of the Corellian Destroyer. It features 4 heavy dual turbolaser turrets, 4 heavy quad turbolaser turrets, 6 medium dual ion turrets, 4 heavy dual long range artillery turbos, 25 medium dual turbolasers, 13 dual light laser turrets and hangars on both sides on the rear cylinder to launch 1 squadron of fighters.
Now it is a Destroyer.
The goal is to UV and texture this monster by the end of the week, and provide a free release for next weekend.
So my focus is on texturing this during this week, then Free Releasing.

I don't know if the free-releasing was your idea, but I just wanted to say that the releasing of them is just straight up awesome. Like, I personally have never bothered to try to learn to mod FOC-- too intimidating. But with the release of the tutorials by your gang, and the models provided, I've developed a healthy interest in modding. SO basically, thanks a bunch!

This is great news, any chance the Errant Venture model will be released too? You guys do such a good job with all your models, and a lot of them have never been created before, which just makes it even better.

interesting enough, the quasar is now cannon according to the new Rebels trailer
NEW canon. it was already in legends before rebels.
EH... New "lore" isn't relevant here. Most of the people on this page consider legends canon still since the new lore is pretty lame so far.
On this site, the ONLY canon is the TRUE Legends Canon.
(on the other site First Order at War, there we can pretend to like the 'new canon' :)
