Centerpoint Station was an ancient space station that was capable of moving entire planets with its tractor beams. It was created by the Thuruht hive c. 1,000,000 BBY; this would make it perhaps one of the oldest artifacts known to the Jedi in the Yuuzhan Vong War era. Capable of generating huge amounts of nuclear, magnetic, electric, tractor beam, and hyperspace power for use in a type of "hyperspace tractor beam," Centerpoint Station was able to project this powerful tractor beam through a hyperspace path at any target. It was capable of 'gripping' an object as large as a star and then just as easily able to move the target object anywhere within its considerable operational range. The station could also harness this power for the actual destruction of stars and planets, collapsing their cores through massive gravitational fluxes.

Centerpoint Station will be a huge strategic target in the game.
The station will feature a passive hyperspace interdiction field, preventing enemy ships/reinforcements from hyperspacing in close the planet Corellia. It will also feature tractor beam capabilities far beyond anything else in the galaxy, capable of immobilizing the any ship of any size. The station will also feature the hyperspace superlaser, capable of destroying whole fleets and planets...
Positioned at the "door to the Core" between the Galactic Alliance capital of Coruscant and the Rim Worlds ruled by the Hutt Syndicate, control of Corellia will be key to deciding the fate of the galaxy...
So it's like a Death Star which doesn't have to move in order to destroy a planet. Why didn't Empire use it instead of the two DSs?
Keep in mind that the Death Stars weren't just built as superweapons, but also as mobile space stations and massive carriers. Centerpoint is a weapon (if not of destruction then of galactic manipulation) , pure and simple. The Death Stars were also something the Empire had built itself, and therefore understood the inner workings of. I wouldn't want to be the officer in charge of figuring out how this thing works. Plus this was created (irl) after the movies were filmed, and not discovered until a while after the Death Stars were built. (I think?)

I though you guys died on us, glad your still working on as I've been thinking that you stopped. This looks like a really big and powerful station, how does this compare with the death star.
Hell no, you have no idea how much work is being done atm.
This thing destroyed two fleets that were at Fondor in one shot, the deathstar is a water pistol compared to this.

More information about Centerpoint will be revealed in the future, for we have some big plans and need to perfect the coding before we can mention them.
I'd like to point out that this is officially the first model made by Geroenimo posted here at YVaW. Geroenimo has been learning much since he first joined us, receiving a lot of helpful coaching from me and Warb Null. He is quickly becoming an expert model maker, and is working on "big things" for us. There is much more coming from G, so expect some nice surprises in the future.

Wow, this came out freaking fantastic. Now my AP classes/tests are done so the projectile for it should be ready to go soon.
