So with EverythingEAW now gone I need a new place to show my models. Burtstrobe graciously offered a place on his mods forum. To celebrate the maiden post i have posted the Upsilon Shuttle from The Force Awakens. You can download it from my skydrive

We have a collection of nearly everything worth keeping from filefront and from alphablue modding. Warb has been been able to keep his collection alive on his OneDrive. Our combined talent will be attempting to create tutorials for modding every aspect of EAW/FOC. |

If you guys are low on options, HeavenGames still maintains an Empire at War section. It, and it's forum are in need of some serious TLC, though. I'm one of the moderation staff over at the Galactic Battlegrounds branch; I can try to ring up the management team to bring everything up to speed if people decide to migrate over. A little suggestion warb for a new unit, it is a cannon unit from Rebels Starwars.wikia.com A pelta Class frigate with a hanger and head from a cr 90. This would be an awesome edition to my Dark Times mod I am developing for the community. and if you do add in could you make the flaps at the make fold back as in a ability to show that the ship is moving faster. Plus unlike the clone wars era Pelta didn't have as many visible guns. Plus If i remember correctly this unit makes an appearance in the Bothen Fleet for the vong mod so this type of updated pelta might of intrest to you as well burnstrobe again suggestion, I know you have already made this unit years ago but it would be awesome to see an update of it Edited by: Svenwalker94 |

This is an old one but if you still need help or someone else has the same question if a ship hardpoint is on fire there is a fire particle linked to to the hardpoint but not linked in the code. I remember having the same issue with the Arquitens there was a little xml error. You need to get ALO viewer and open the model and look at the details which will show the hardpoints tree so you can see what hardpoints have which damage particles (Not all of them do on that model). Then open the hardpoints xml for that model There's a line <Damage_Particles>Something</Damage_Particles> Make sure the damage particles are linked to the hardpoint there. They can be called something like HP_01_FIRE so that's what you put in the middle of that code. Basically that code makes it so when the hardpoint is destroyed then that particle will display but if it isn't linked to the hardpoint then it will always display. Even if you have no plan to make the hardpoint targetable the particle still must be linked so it doesn't show. Edited by: Striker311 |
