New tech building?
It is the Tech Observation Post, replaces the Outpost on all maps. Allows you to expand, has very large vision radius and acts like a psychic sensor.
Is this a standalone map or part of the Campaign?
This is the old 4P map Stalington, on a new theatre basically.
