This is downloading as an adobe reader program, is it a gltch?
Mmh...well don't know. I don't have this problem and the people I know who have download the mod didn't have this problem. It's a .rar file so you have to open it with winrar or a programm that can open .rar files. There is a default programm on Windows that can open .rar i think.

how do i play this demo or start it?
You have to copy/paste all your RepCom data and then extract the zip file and copy all the new files in the right place. There is a Readme in the .zip file :)

Just install everything and start a new game. Then the demo will start.

Can you make all clones use phase II helmets in the full version pretty please =)

Which mod of order 66 have darthvader
Well Vader is included in the files of the latest version of Order 66. But there are no playable maps with Vader in it for the moment ! ;)
