The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
So I changed the Scrin Phase powers again. Now there are 2 parts to it. The first part is an offensive way of doing it. Whatever area the Scrin Force selects with the power phases all enemy units in that area out of phase. Out of phase means they can't fight back so the scrin player can move in, destroy what they want, then leave with no worry about recourse.
The second part that you see in this pic is defensive. When a player destroys a scrin structure any scrin structures around it will phase out for 15 seconds. This means it takes a lot longer to destroy a scrin base. While out of phase the scrin structures still can produce things though, meaning that the base just keeps on ticking while under attack.
Amazing to see the mod have advanced so much, I wonder if it is done or there is still much left unfinished.
I am almost ready to put this out as a RC, I'm working on the AI right now. As it stands the NOD AI seems to have died and now doesn't like to work properly..
