XDM is an Unreal Tournament-style Half-Life 1 modification. XDM features Classic Deathmatch, Team deathmatch, Capture The Flag, Domination, Co-Operative, Last Man Stanging, Singleplayer game rules, new weapons, new high-quality maps, new hi-def models and lots of special effects. It is an Unreal/UT-style HL mod with tons of familiar stuff and atmosphere. 8) XDM continued where VALVe stopped. Description

Featuring XDM Teamplay on DM_PoisonGarden map with 31 bots (32 clients total). All players are divided into 4 teams (names and colors can be changed on the server), time limit set to 5 minutes.

Ambient music, special effects add to the unique atmosphere of the map. The overall gameplay is quite interesting: this map is 3-dimentional (not just a flat field), features ring and puzzle design, healing and poisoning areas, bridges and a lift, traps, lots of nice architecture elements. Suitable for DM, TDM and LMS. Best played with 8 to 16 players.

The background story of this map is simple. Taking poison and altering it to have the opposite effect.

This demonstration is made WITHOUT ANY BOT WAYPOINTS whatsoever, so bots have troubles navigating throughout the world. Nevertheless, they prove to be strong opponents >:)
