This development is now using the CryENGINE® 3, as we have decided to say goodbye to the source engine (sorry, folks at Valve). We are technically an "Indie" now, while we do not have an IndieDB page yet, please standby for further updates as we are now gathering materials to showcase for our new project which is Bronze Age themed. Expect interactive settlements and a bit of roleplaying, as this will be a "sandbox-combat-simulator."

This map is designed for upcoming tests of Norse, and has the realism of what an actual landscape in Denmark may appear to be.

JIZZED... IN-MY-PANTS
Awesome.
Why? It's a flat, fullbright map with a rock in the middle, the mountains are just a skybox texture.
It's not fullbright, my brightness and ambient are just high so there's not much of shadows for you to see, my mistake. But this was just a quick map test anyway and to add to the media for the mod's sake at the time.
It might seem a bit cliché, but... is this source?
I recognise the grass texture and the rock prop, but those mountains are somethiung new and fantasic.
I know, just hard to believe source can handle that nice of bumpmapping ;) Why was I down-karma'd for that? o.O
If I understand right source is as good as the computer, and can be easily added to (look at portal 2 with it's liquid physics) so it's no real surprise this is possible. :P
well, i live in Denmark and we have NO mountains what so ever ;)but it sure looks freaking AMAZING!!
What this guy said, there are no mountains in denmark xD
Still looks goo though
Haha well, we'll definitely put hills ;D
We are working on a more proper skybox, and also anything you can tell us about the landscapes in Denmark would be helpful for us, thanks.

INSTANT TRACK!
nice looking, but looks really wide open. which would make for bad performance and boring gameplay =/
I can assure you, this is in no way, how any of our maps will actually play, this is purely an exercise.
Valhalla!
