World War 2 mod for Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots

When you start a new campaign it shows up a window explaining the various features of the mod. But "Military Upgrades" and "AI Nation Diplomacy/Strategy" are marked as "(NOT INCLUDED)". How can I get them?
And how do I change the government on the strategic map?

Now I finally got it to download.
I can access everything Im supposed to be able to, but everytime I start an attack, the game freezez, any help with that bug?

I couldnt find any way to access this mod in my thrones and patriots game, so what i did was put in regular rise of nations, and then i went to conquer the world section, and clicked on a box that said conquer the world and clicked the second choice in it which was world war 2. so then i chose my country and selected start and then the game crashes and says error, invalid nation, americans, or sometimes its iriquois, but is there a way to make this mod work? And dont say re download because ive done that many times already

Make this campaign start in ancient age and end in information age so its compatible with NickoX's second world war mod it changes ages in rise nations to years of WWII for example,ancient age is 1939 modern age is 1945 industrial is 1944 info age is is like post 1945 with development of secret weapons etc.

everyytime i invade a territory, it shuts down and says theres an error
