After the war with Yuri, the world powers were exausted and tired of fighting, this generated a true peace time for the world, a world at war since WW1. This time was taken as an advantage to a small group of Latin American guerrillas who now are planning on taking its land back from the invaders by force, this group is called the Latin Confederation.
