Are Patriots this good at destroying targets as they are here?
What exactly are you asking? Are the Patriots able to destroy targets like the video?
Well of course they are. It's not as if they've programmed some "fake" Patriots for this video which they won't release.
Against targets that are traveling only half the speed of Iraqi Scuds in the first Gulf War? Sure :)
and if you recall in OIF during 2003, PAC-2 GEM's shot down every incoming ballistic missile thrown at it. PAC-3s (used for the first time in combat) shot down both ballistic missiles it had engaged. Only 1 missile was not engaged for reasons unknown (probably going stray/not falling to protected sectors).
