The goal of the mod will be to create a very user friendly modern warfare strategy situation for players and modders. At the moment other games of a 3D modern nature provide exactly what you are given and very little opportunity to do much else. With this Mod we can very easily and quickly produce just about any item vehicle, ship or aircraft for any time period. The game has a very easy to use map editor, easy modding, easy mission making. The mod will then provide something that absolutely no other game does, a total modern warfare spread from 1950 French Indochina through numerous small wars that are catered for absolutely nowhere else; Falklands, Arab Israeli, Bay of Pigs, Somalia (black hawk down), Vietnam, Yugoslavia, Chechnya, Afghanistan etc etc.
It also provides vast scope for entirely fictional stuff such as World War III where we can provide units all the way from USSR, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Germany, France, UK, USA, Poland, Finland, Iceland etc, so we can produce a "Red Storm Rising" set of missions! Also air, sea and land units can combine in major battles, we can even have modern sea battles with Aircraft carriers, air attacks, submarines etc etc. Absolutely vast scope.

In production, the 3D Model of HMS Fearless or Intrepid. These ships will carry troops and vehicles, plus helicopters. The player will be able to launch landing craft to assault beaches from these ships. There will be anti aircraft defenses added.
These ships both took part in the Falklands campaign and were available for numerous other British conflicts. A Falklands war set of maps and missions will be created introducing submarine warfare and sea battles. I will add the Argentine main ships so players can explore possibilities from the conflict and fight it their own way.

Mod DEAD?! :'(
Hello
I had a massive problem with the computer, basically the HD fried and the desktop went belly up. As I work full time and I am also studying then getting the entire thing started again and off the ground was too much. I have lost every 3d model etc. I have recently loaded up SS3 and will gradually start to get back into modding this. I reloaded Blender and will build up a bank of low poly models again as before. The problem was always that as a one man band it was so difficult to mod this game. I intend to ask for permission to release the modding tools to some others who can then help with the mod. Any takers?

I auctually have no idea what happened, I was waiting for herr_today (project leader) to send me a model pack that I would start getting ingame, then the website dissapeared, youtube videos dissapeared and he hasnt responded to any of my messages.
Until he contacts me to let me know otherwise, this mod is dead sadly..
