It's a mount. You ride on it.
If I am not mistaken there is actually a mount which does inflict damage to surrounding enemies in the modification of Phantasy Calradia. Maybe it is possible to implement such things in future updates.

Might be, we found them buildings in an OSP pack, so it's likely other mods use them too.
I think the Novas Aetas mod for warband uses these building models too.
