Wars of the East is a large-scale modication for The Battle for Middle-earth: The Rise of the Witch-king. It adds 2 new playable factions, over 140 new units/heroes, new structures, new skins, new powers and more!
WotE indroduces the Evil Men of Middle-earth as their own faction, along with a never-seen faction, Dorwinion. Goblins have been removed from the game, and most of their units have been moved to Angmar or Mordor.
All the existing factions have also been modified so that they have plenty of new units, heroes and powers. To make things even better, the mod includes lots of hero and unit reskins, and many of the heroes have in fact been completely redesigned.
The newest Beta (v1.06) includes Dorwinion and Evil Men factions plus lots of the new units and heroes, particularly evil ones. The Beta can be downloaded here: Ithronaiwendil.the3rdage.net

finnaly a men of the EAST mod I am tried of men of the WEST mods but no one ever made 2nd age and 1st age mods those kind would be great so if you finish and have alot of time could you make those age mods.

How the **** do u dl it?
this mod is awsome but when i play as MotE or go to the CaH menu the game crashed :(
nice mod its works fine for me except for 1 thing and yes i read the readme (thats y its called readme right?) anyways the creat a hero doesnt work the game freezes whenever i try to go into create a hero and also when i play a skirmish and i build my custom hero the game freezes my custom hero kicks a$$ but now i cant build him :( i hope this will be fixed in a patch or the next release
i think i have playe against you one time in online i got owned by your hero it was on a custom map with a bridge in the middle sorry for the spam
