This mod will be a full conversion for Company of Heroes. The first phase of the mod will include the World Eaters of Khorne and the Thousand Sons of Tzeentch. We plan to bring back the original feel and large scale battles of the original Dawn of War. Every faction will be created from the ground up including Titans. You will be able to build structures and defenses, upgrades, and units just like the original Dawn of War.
This mod is currently being developed in phases and additional content will be added at later dates, once current plans are completed. These updates include but are not limited to: Armies (Space Marines, Imperial Guard, Orks, Tau, Chaos, Necron, Sisters of Battle, Eldar), units, weapons, structures, and abilities. I am currently working on the Heretics of the Chaos Legion. While looking for good reference images of them I saw what they look like in Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising and I think I want to go with this for the model. The original Heretic did not serve any combat purpose and was this little pathetic thing that you ordered around. In the second one, they look more risilient and something more like what I would want to see in the mod. Also, since the DoW 2 Heretic has a weapon, it would be much easier to bind him to a pre-existing rig from CoH and use it. I am currently making the Heretic from DoW 2 but I was wondering what you think? If the new Heretic is used, then the other race builders would be altered for use in-line with the Heretic. Meaning that they will either get a limited combat use or they will get some ability/buff that makes them improved. Thanks for the input!

I think it's rather dead...yeah it's been 1 whole year...i guess it's all bones now..
Any progress on this?. It looks pretty sweet, a lot like D.O.W2 but with bases! more of a cross between D.O.W 1 & 2.
