Patch doesn't work. When I try to start a new game it just crashes.
Remove all your saves from earlier games and make sure the patch is running, like use the correct Steam launch options.
Actually, I had just installed the game. I don't know how I solved the problem, but I solved it somehow and i must say, you did a great job.

I'm having trouble using console commands. It's automatically supposed to be baked in apparently, but it isn't working for me. I also have been having a problem with the last couple patches in that Heather never shows up after I meet her in front of Lacroix's tower. She goes off to 'go to my haven' then never shows up afterward
To use the console, only open it from the main menu, otherwise you will be stuck. If that happens you can still use "chareditor" to continue. I don't know about your Heather issue though. Did you continue an incompatible save?

I've encountered a somewhat peculiar bug that noone else has seen probably...
Night at the Library quest seems to be completely ****** (pardon my French) on my end and I haven't seen a single blog about it so it is rather rare by the looks of things.
Simply put, the whole area - where the malfunctioning elevator is - has been littered with objects such as boxes, furniture, more boxes that are so buggy you can walk over them like they aren't even there.
I've take screenshots of the whole area so I can forward the images if you'd like to take a look or if you just have a console diag fix for the elevator as I can't even access the tubes becasue of the objects and the main switch is behaving differently as well.
Playing on the newest patch obviously, Patch Extra and everything enabled!

If surplus items clutter a map you probably played a too long session in one go, like more than two hours. Quit the game, restart it and load an earlier save to fix it, it most often happens at the Skyeline Apartments.
That indeed was the case, as it happened to fix it, whenever I reinstall this game I just play through everything new in a matter of days so I tend to have long sessions! :D

Hey, it's amazing what you have been doing here!
Hoped you could help though, we cannot get past character creation screen, it will crash at clicking accept everything without fail. no previous saves as never played before, tried all different resolutions and running in admin mode, starting through the patch shortcut each time. We even tried installing the game on the ssd windows is on as opposed to the external.
Any ideas or help very much appreciated! We're so excited to play this game

Check if the right keys are defined. Also you mustn't use old saves and if you run from Steam you need to add the launch options: -game Unofficial_Patch
Hello, tell me please does Kent's driver license (could be found in Grout's Mansion,) was deleted from the game and not added eve in the 11.4 version of UP?
Sadly Kent's drivers license broke something else in the game and I had to remove it. You will find notes from him though in the latest 11.5 version!
