Not the entirety of Volkograd would be dark, but it's a neat detail to just throw in. Could help in dark levels!
Also, the pickup lines. When you pick up objects, their proper names are displayed, but the weapon tags are their general names.
Quite the impressive feature, however the flashing ambient light in some rooms is a bit distracting
