Updated Theme Colors in the VIPLoader. Added a Font install to the VIPLoader for those without the nyala.ttf (windows 10). Updated to latest Platy's UI. Added VIP Mechanics in Pedia. Changed movepoint cost for air units (airbomb and airstrike now cost 2 mp)
