it will be coll id the pirates actually had a navy so the English navy fights them
Yes but you know well that pirates never had such a big flottila to fight against big Brithis navy they was onlt raiding trade rutes and some times attacked Brithis flottilas but they was smaller,there was no Black Peral or fling Duchman but they had some good stuff.
they can atleast blockade your ports or capture small islands
