After playing a lot of Victoria 2 Ultimate, we decided that we are missing a scenario : World War 1. So we started developping this Submod for Victoria 2 Ultimate. We will be adding new Events, decisions, and even some new flags. This scenario will more look like the World War 2 scenario, than the other scenarios. It will be on you, will you side up with the Central Powers, or with the Entente ? Will you replay history, or rewrite it ?
