Venedia0.91
Full VersionSome minor bugfixes and a single stat change slightly improving Bravos.
Venedia is a late age nation based mostly on Venice and Genua but including some influences from other late middle ages & early renaissance Italian states.
It is still a work in progress but is quite playable and should be reasonably well-balanced. Marignon was used as a base and reference for most of the balancing.

NATIONAL FEATURES
Every commander has sailing, some with max size 6, some with 4.
Crossbowmen with base precision 12 and variants that use Arbalests and Repeating Crossbows equivalent to a short bow that fires twice per round but has -1 prec and high resource cost (meant to be used with Flaming Arrows).
Other national troops are mediocre and the only unusual one is a mounted crossbowman, the Stratiot.
Economic bonuses: 10% bonus income in coastal forts, 10% discount on mercenaries.
Military commanders are tax collectors to make up for the inability to mod 'Trace income over seas' as of now.
Diverse mages, including but not limited to:
Doctors : N1D1 10% B, disease healer 2
Navigators : A1W1S1 110% AWS, superior to Marignon's because of the 10% random and being recruitable in every coastal fort, not just the capital
Savants : E1 100% FAS 10% FASE, siege defence & offence 20, master ritualist & smith 1, extra expensive
No H3 access and priests have no special ability, but you have a sacred you can recruit in every fort (the Penitente), though its cost is intentionally high, and a sacred summon (the Winged Lion).
Three spies: one has S1, the other two are also seducers, and are different genders allowing you to seduce both men & women.
Two national magic items: the Crystal Telescope (E1S1), a one-handed weapon granting +5 precision and +1 Astral ritual range, and the Mask of Seduction (A1S1), helmet only usable by the national seducers granting them +1 seduction (10 instead of 9) and awe 1. Both items are Construction 4.
Celtic+Mediterranean pretenders with a few extras and discounts, Lighthouse national pretender: Monument variant with S2W1A1 and lower HP & protection, but +1 ritual range.
