vaultmp 0.1a preview (gary 3)

- Further improved player and weapon synchronization
- A lot of new scripting facilities
- More GUI interfaces

The tool window shown in the video was specifically scripted for this video. It's not an in-built feature.

Server-side actor damage calculation is still work in-progress, that's why the players in this video don't take any damage. (also the missing sneaking state bug in the video was a temporary issue and has been fixed, too late for the recording though)
