Please NOTE THIS IS NOT THE FINAL, many details to go just figured I post some new content i'm working on.
wow that looks so much better but its still a bit to clean note that is constructive criticism and it looks really good all the same huge improvement on last time though your getting really good at this modeling thing. oh and this one

good work on it. Just missing a few things before it will look final.
Actually, there are quite a few things missing. Not to be harsh, but I'll quickly note them:
There is no butt swivel on the stock, no butt plate, the stock ferrule swivel is missing, the rear hand guard and the front hand guard are 'missing' and seem to have been replaced by one large piece of wood, there is no front sight, you don't have a bayonet stud, your missing the stack swivel...
I know this is not at all the final, I'm just pointing out some spots that I think will most definitely be needed.
To take this one step farther, are you using 3Ds max? If so, use a light tracer with a skylight with shadows.
It would look 'much' better overall.

Front sight, gas block, make the bolt longer, make the bolt rod on the side longer and slanted at a 45 degree angle on the tip, fix up the receiver and use the same color on all metal parts.
