Collect the Keys to open the Portals
====================================
You'll need to collect 9 keys before attempting this.
3 Keys each of:
The Key of Destruction
The Key of Hate
The Key of Terror
Key of Destruction

This key is dropped by Nihlathak (Act 5), but only in "Hell Difficulty".
You'll have to kill him 15-30 times on average to get one key.
Key of Hate

This key is dropped by the Summoner (Act 2) but only in "Hell Difficulty".
You'll have to kill him 15-30 times on average to get one key.
Key of Terror
=============
This key is dropped by the Countess (Act 1) but only in "Hell Difficulty".
You'll have to kill her 15-30 times on average to get one key.

Opening the Pandemonium Portals
================================
Requirements
- Your character must be in Act 5 Harrogath and also in Hell Difficulty.
- Place one of each key in the Horadric Cube
a) The Key of Terror
b) The Key of Hate
c) The Key of Destruction
Click the transmute button to open a random portal. Repeat this again to open the other
portals.
Quick note: Don't stand in the same place when you open each portal, because they
can overlap.

Pandemonium Finale Portal
=========================
To Open the Portal to Uber Tristram you must first collect 3 items by killing Uber Bosses
in the Pandemonium Portals.
Diablo's Horn
=============
This item is dropped each time by Lilith in the portal to "Matron's Den".
She's a tough opponent, hard to kill unless your character is well equipped.
Mephisto's Brain

This item is dropped each time by Uber Izual in the "The Furnace of Pain" portal.
Baal's Eye

This item is dropped each time by Uber Duriel in the "Forgotten Sands" portal.

Open the Pandemonium Finale Portal to Uber Tristram
==================================================
Requirements:
- Your character must be in Act 5 Harrogath and also in Hell Difficulty.
- You must have all 3 Pandemonium Portals open, before you can open the 4th portal to Uber Tristram.
- Place one of each key in the Horadric Cube
a) Mephisto's Brain
b) Diablo's Horn
c) Baal's Eye
Click transmute to open the Portal to Uber Tristram.

Further Reading

There are many online guides that give a better overview of what it will take to survive the
Pandemonium Quests and Uber Tristram. Each class of characters is capable to solo Uber Tristram,
but this requires specialized builds using the right skills, the right equipped gear, with high resists.
You need good amounts of Life Tap, Crushing Blow, IAS and Attack Rating to tank the Ubers.
